The Land Of The Kings

Rajasthan is India's biggest state, and its formerly independent kingdoms are full of architectural and cultural heritage. Numerous forts, palaces that are enriched by Hindu, Muslim and Jain architecture features can be still seen there. This corner of India even nowadays inspires travellers - it is colourful and chaotic; mysterious and exotic.

My opinion about Rajasthan in few words would be the best described as the land of sand dunes and camels; women in beautiful red and orange sarees and smoking men in turbans with characteristic moustache, and plenty of abandoned havelis reminding the rich past centuries.

This is Rajasthan, the "Land of the kings".
